Bookkeepers, Stenographers and Accountants Union picket

The man's sign reads, "The Workers of Globe Mail Service on Strike," the woman's sign contains an illustration of a Chinese worker speaking Chinese, which is purported to translate as: "$6-$11 a week are fair coolie wages."
